Lawry Thorn - Beginning Quilting Bootcamp - at the Stitchin' Post

Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am-3pm, April 12, 13, 19 and 20, 2021

Start (or get a refresher on) your quilting with Lawry. You will be making a small quilt or table runner while learning (or perfecting) your rotary cutting skills and the basics of quilt making. Techniques covered include strip piecing, making half-square and quarter-square triangles, and getting that 1/4" seam just right. Sashing, borders, and machine quilting will also be discussed before you leave class. The size of the quilt you make depends on your needs. The basic size is a six-block quilt.
