This piece was inspired by summer meadows and beautiful blue skies. The base cloth of woven cotton is a creamy white color layered with a piece that Valori hand indigo dyed. The largest block was hand carved and printed to add texture. Embroidered embellishments were added in bright colors to invoke feelings of summer with the freshness and brightness of fields of flowers.
