This piece was inspired by summer meadows full of life and color. The base cloth of woven cotton is a funky green color that we see in the forest and meadows of Central Oregon. Before printing strips of cotton linen selvage was added to create texture and movement. Each of the blocks were hand carved and printed in layers.
