Returns & Replacements
We will gladly give store credit or exchange for most unopened/unused merchandise, with the receipt, within 30 days of the purchase. We do not accept returns for cut fabric, books, or patterns. Please Note: There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned kits.
Please call 541-549-6061 or message us for a return authorization number before any item is returned by mail.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, within three business days. Notification with tracking information is emailed upon shipment. Shipments may be sent by alternate carriers, but only if delivery date is on or before shipping method selected.
We ship partial orders when any order item is delayed. The balance of your order will be shipped when product is available, and you will be notified by email.
Sales & Promotions
Unless otherwise stated, all promotional and sale pricing applies only to regularly priced, in-stock, tangible items. Classes, clubs, and workshops, as well as all consignment items and shipping fees are excluded. Some quilt kits or specialty items may also be excluded.
Classes & Events
For classes listed as $299 or less, cancellation must be made 14 days prior to the first day of class for a refund. Cancellation less than 14 days before the first day of class forfeits all registration monies paid.
For classes listed at $300 or more, cancellation must be made 45 days prior to the first day of class for a refund, less a $25 non-refundable registration deposit. Cancellation less than 45 days before the first day of class forfeits all registration monies paid.
On occasion, Stitchin' Post will cancel a class due to lack of registration. If Stitchin’ Post cancels this class, you may take a store credit, transfer to another class. or request a refund.
Customer Confidentiality is important to us. No personal information or mailing lists will ever be provided or sold to a third party.
