In this technique workshop, you will learn to machine-piece circles; inset circles.  Using cotton fabrics of your choice, you will discover working with high and low contrast. Some circles will float while others may blend creating an intriguing eye catcher.  We will concentrate on keeping the eye moving throughout the quilt using color, value, and intensity.
