We accept Visa and Master Card, Stitchin’ Post & Twigs Gift Certificates, personal checks, and money orders. (The total for personal checks and money orders should be verified with the shop by phone or email before sending actual payment.) Returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.

If you place an order online and wish to pay with a check, we will hold the order for 14 days.
If the check doesn’t arrive within that time period, the merchandise will be returned to stock.
If there is an item you can’t find after searching our website, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
or call us about your request. In the event that it is an item that we don’t normally carry, we will make every effort to find and order it for you. (Please remember, special orders are not returnable.)
Customer Confidentiality is important to us.
No personal information or mailing lists will ever be provided or sold to a third party.
We will gladly credit or exchange your unopened/unused merchandise,
with the receipt, within 30 days of the purchase. Store Credit only.
(Sorry, this does not apply to cut fabric, books, or patterns.) Please Note: There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned kits.
Please call or email the store to get a Return Authorization Number before any item is returned.
Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours. If any items are out of stock, we will ship a partial order. The balance of your order will be shipped when it is back in stock. If the merchandise has a long lead time you will be contacted.
Orders will be shipped the least
expensive way: UPS, USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail. Shipping
charges do not include customs fees to international destinations.
Unless otherwise stated, all promotional and sale pricing applies only to regularly priced, in-stock, tangible items.
Classes, clubs, and workshops, as well as all consignment items and shipping fees are excluded. (Some quilt kits or specialty items may also be excluded.)
