Class Project: Design an approximately 18” X 18” original wall quilt.

Taking inspiration from photos, create an original art quilt collage exploring a variety of techniques with fabric, paint and stitch. (Rather than copying the image, learn how to pick out elements of design and other interesting features and apply them to your original design.) Experiment with several methods of creating pattern and marks on fabric then begin composing using design guides. Embellish with hand stitched details.
