Color and fabric play are exciting opportunities to explore in Carolyn’s Eads project. Carolyn will walk students through these design possibilities while also covering precision techniques in foundation paper piecing such as fussy cutting, working with directional fabrics and incorporating tiny pieces of fabric. Students will be challenged to be more deliberate in their paper piecing both in terms of technique and design intention.
