Freeform blocks are abstract interpretations of traditional quilt blocks. How would you like to make triangle blocks without templates and marking with as few measurements as possible? See what happens when you embrace the imperfections and irregularities of human hands. Organic cutting and piecing techniques mimic the appearance of block prints of India. Each block is different from the next in size, shape and form, yet there is overall harmony and balance to the quilt. You will learn to trust your instinct and eyeballing skills to further explore many possibilities for the final layout.
