In this technique workshop, you will learn to machine-piece circles.  Using fabrics of your choice, you will discover working with high and low contrasts to enhance this lap quilt.  Some circles will float and others will blend creating an intriguing eye catcher.  We will concentrate on keeping the eye moving throughout the quilt using color, value, and intensity.
