Bordered Diamonds with Jackie

I love classes with Jackie...they are straight and to the point. If you want to make a quilt and actually finish it, take a class with Jackie. That being said, she always harasses me for NOT finishing quilts.

So this week is her final class of Bordered Diamonds (Kaffe Fassett's Simple Shapes Spectacular Quilts)

(This is Jackie's sample...love all those Kaffe prints)

I just wanted to share a few before and afters of her class.

Vaunell had a definite theme of flowers and butterflies (requested by the newest granddaughter)

All placed and ready to sew into rows.

You really can choose any theme for this quilt pattern. We've had students go with very urban, contemporary color themes before like yellow and grey or solids and dots. It is very fun to play around with and we hope we have inspired you.
