Who do I contact if I have questions? Please message us (in about menu) for general questions or call 541-549-6061. Emails and phone calls are only answered during business hours, but you can leave a message. (No emails are answered on weekends.) For class-related questions, please email Julie@StitchinPost.com.

How do I create a customer account? If you don't have a past account, can't remember the email used or want to use a different email, create a new account here.

What increments can I buy fabric and other yardage in? All yardage (fabric, ribbon, interfacing, etc.) is sold in 1/4 yard increments with a minimum of one 1/4 yard piece. All yardage is cut in one continuous piece.

When will my order be shipped? Within 3 business days. 

Can I pick up my order at the shop to save time and shipping? Yes. Choose the "Pick Up" option for delivery during checkout. Please allow a minimum of 1 full business day for us to prepare your order for pickup. If you need something sooner, please call the shop.

Do you ship outside the US? Yes

What forms of payment do you accept? Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover, and PayPal 

Can I use my gift certificates online and in-store? Yes.

What size is a Fat Quarter? 18" x 21"/22"
Are you doing in person classes at the store? Yes. Please check our class listings for more information.
Where can I find lodging information for the Sisters area? At the Sisters Chamber of Commerce - sisterscountry.com

Where can I find a supply list for my class? You will receive an email with a link to your supply list pdf once you complete your class registration.

Do you have wait lists for sold out classes? Yes! Please email Julie@StitchinPost.com with "Wait List" in the subject line. In the email body designate the class for which you would like to be waitlisted. 

How do wait lists work? Names are added to the list by the timestamp of the requesting email. When a spot becomes available, we contact the first person on the list.

When is the Quilt Show next year? The Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show is always on the second Saturday in July. For more information, please visit SOQS.org.

When are the Quilter’s Affair workshops? Quilter’s Affair classes begin the Monday before the Quilt Show. More information can be found here.
