You have taken a beginning quilt class and practiced and are not sure about how to do the next step…this class is intended to stretch your skill level and increase your confidence.  We will be making a whole cloth practice quilt for you to finish at home, but you will have a plan and the skills to achieve your goal. 
 
Colleen will provide line drawings to choose from and time will be spent marking your fabric prior to sewing.  Skills to be introduced include following a line, echoing that line, ruler work (or not), changing the fill stitches to create a beautiful background for the selected design.
 
Please have basic skills and knowledge about your sewing machine.  It is important to bring the instruction manual for the machine, in case you need it.
