Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase. If any order items are out of stock, we will ship a partial order. The balance of your order will be shipped when it is back in stock. You will be notified of any delay in filling your order.

Orders are shipped the least expensive way unless : UPS, USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail. Shipping charges do not include customs fees to international destinations.

Please note that your shipment is FOB Origin. Stitchin Post is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carries after they have been dispatched. Stitchin Post cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that you provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. Stitchin Post is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to the Stitchin Post.
