Close friends Sarah Fielke and Tula Pink have come together to present the Free Spirit Block of the Month for 2024/25, Big Woods! The quilt is Sarah's design, using Tula's fabrics.
 
You will be the first to start the quilt, as this class is two weeks before the program even begins for the rest of the public.  In a Quilter's Affair exclusive, you will be able to start the house block for the full quilt OR make one block only from the full pattern (a beautiful start to a medallion quilt, wall hanging or cushion!).
 
Sarah will teach you to make the machine pieced house and hand appliqued tree in class, and Tula will be sitting in to sew along with you all, while she works on her own Big Woods quilt - and to heckle Sarah of course.
 
If you decide to sign up on Sarah’s website for the full year, the pattern program will come with full video instructions from Sarah, and Tula will sew along with you throughout the year!

This will be a fun two days of new techniques, machine sewing, hand stitching and friendship. Please take care to read the material requirements carefully after signing up for this class, as there are pattern, fabric and kit options that are time sensitive.
