Do you have a pair of jeans that could use a unique patch to enhance that rip?  Or a jacket or bag that needs to have some unique flair?  In this fun-filled day the focus will be a layered embroidered patch to embellish top, jeans, bag/tote or hat. 
 
You can bring your own design or use the teacher's design (created with a wash away base which will be provided for you). You will have a variety of designs to choose from.
 
Learn 3 to 4 basic embroidery stitches that will enable you to create a patch to embellish an item of clothing or an accessory you bring with you. 
 
Using kantha squares, over dyed wool and assorted other fabrics will help create an interesting piece with faster results. Attach patch with fusible webbing (provided) or incorporate more hand stitching onto your piece for added interest. You can choose additional fabrics to layer your patch to achieve an interesting look in less time.
