This amazing piece uses a process called glass lace.  Crushed glass and powders (frit) are fired at temperatures around 1500 degrees resulting in the glass frit forming into fabulous patterns that resembles lace.  The new iron bases are 4" wide and can handle a piece that is 9-10" tall.

Making any changes to a Stitchin' Post or Quilter's Affair class at any time after registration will incur a 10% change fee. For Stitchin’ Post classes listed as $299 or less, cancellation must be made 14 days prior to the first day of class for a 90% refund*. Cancellation less than 14 days before the first day of class forfeits all registration monies paid. Your receipt will indicate it as a restocking fee.
