Debbie came up with this fun tote bag design, using a beautiful English paper pieced lone star as the focal point. Purchased paper diamonds are used to create the star, which is hand appliquéd onto a background fabric, then layered and quilted. The quilted piece is then used to create a lined tote bag with a simple handle, perfect for a trip to the library or grocery store. It would also make a wonderful gift!
