Pattern includes instructions for multiple sizes including:
Baby 42” x 46” (3rd and 4th images)
Throw 58” x 64” (2nd image)
Queen 90” x 100” (1st image)

Instructions assume a knowledge of foundation paper piecing. 

Templates will need to be copied before use on 8.5” x 11” and 8.5” x 14” paper.
