Class Description:
Log Cabin Blocks allow for endless possibilities. This is an opportunity to explore, and experiment in improvisational piecing with a tried-and-true traditional block. You will be amazed at how easy it is to manipulate. There will be a lot of discussion on design principles, the power of color, contrast and creating movement and interest. Pati will also share all her tips on her favorite parts of working improvisationally - putting away the ruler when needed, adding inserts to create interest, and using a storyline to guide your design choices.
