Debbie, one of our employees who does amazing handwork, made a bunch of these wonderful felt ornaments for our employee boutique last year. We liked them so much, we asked her to share her templates. These ornaments make a great hand stitching project for quiet time or cozy evenings by the fire. Please note: This download includes only the templates, no instructions.
Basic Instructions are as follows: For each ornament, cut 2 pieces using the templates provided. Do any decorative stitching or embellishing to the front of the ornament first, then place the two pieces together (wrong sides together/right sides out) and stitch around the edges using a blanket stitch. Leave an opening about 1" long for stuffing. Stuff the ornament, then close up the remaining edge with the blanket stitch. once your ornament is finished, attach a ribbon or piece of string for hanging.
