The Zelda pattern uses sections of strip piecing inserted into large blocks of fabric, creating a perfect canvas to show off a favorite large-scale print. We've chosen a number of black, grey, white, and cream prints from Valori's new collection, "The Wisdom," and complimented it with a few coordinating solids and small-scale prints. The strip pieced sections break up the large-scale theme print of block printed crows and sunflowers, and add to the visual interest of this throw. (It's also just the right size to snuggle under.)

Kit includes the pattern and everything you need to make the quilt top, including binding. 

To complete this quilt, you will need:
3 1/4 yards backing
56” x 73” quilt batting

About the fabric: The Wisdom fabric collection emerged from months spent in the solitude of my studio, painting larger-than-life crows. Those were nights illuminated by moonlight, filled with music, movement, tears, and brushstrokes—a journey of raw creativity and self-discovery, free from the weight of outside opinions. In the stillness, away from the world’s noise, I found a sacred space for inner peace and reflection. Through moments of grief and sadness, softened by the rhythm of the paint. Yet within this experience, there was also hope and joy—a quiet light that grew stronger with every stroke. It was in this process that I found a renewed love for myself and a deep sense of belonging within my own being, making this collection a testament to the beauty of solitude and the resilience of the human spirit.  ~Valori
