This talk starts with a review of my stitched paper artwork, which Ihave been creating and showing in galleries for over 25 years. I will give examples of where my inspiration comes from, and what my creative process is like. My artwork appeals to those who love organic processes and the beauty of nature, color, and texture. I combine my monotype-printed paper with stitching on a vintage sewing machine. I will show examples and include details for those interested in creating their own stitched paper artwork.
