She 

This canvas holds years. The ache of endings, the echo of absence.

The kind of grief that lives in the hands when there are no words. Layer after layer, I painted over my heartbreak— again, and again, and again.

Not to erase it, but to survive it. And then one day, when another wave hit—unexpected, sharp, and unfair— I pulled out the canvas again. I painted without knowing.

And when I peeled the layers apart, she appeared— not delicate, not broken— but shining with resilience.

She didn’t come from a single moment. She came from all of them.  The quiet devastation, the exhaustion, the choosing to rise. She is confidence carved from collapse. She is grace without apology.

She is what happens when you stay true to yourself, even when life forgets to reward you. She lives in my bedroom now.

A witness. A reminder: The story didn’t end—it is still being written.
